Same thing here just a different house. Same description applies. Poor drainage. Prolonged water damage to concrete and masonry threatens structural integrity. This is not a good condition. Water can actually destroy concrete and other masonry and turn them into mush. Not to mention even the growth of unwanted organisms here that love this kind of environment and the foundation repairs that this house will need soon.
