Look closely.
See the very large wire running down the left edge. Not only is it rubbing the sharp edge of the panel, it may electrocute the homeowner when he pierces the wire with the cover screw.
They always ask this question: "If it's so dangerous, how did it pass the City's Inspection?"
I give the same answer: "You tell me!"
